Amanda Greenhalgh – Sol Space Founder & Teacher
Amanda began her dance journey in January 2024 and thanks to her musical upbringing and natural rhythm, she quickly found her footing and fell in love with movement.
With years of experience as a personal trainer, Amanda developed a strong foundation in body mechanics, coaching, and creating supportive spaces for people to grow in their fitness journeys. This background naturally translated into her approach to dance instruction, where she combines her understanding of movement and her passion for empowering others.
Her deep passion for dance inspired her to launch Sol Space in late 2024. Amanda poured her heart into building a studio that embodies warmth, empowerment, and community—a place where everyone can feel safe to explore their sensuality and embrace their confidence.
Driven by a lifelong passion for self-love and growth, Amanda has discovered how dance can change lives. It’s helped her build incredible friendships, deepen her connection with herself, and embrace her body in new ways. Now, she’s excited to share that journey and inspire as many beautiful sols as she can along the way.
AJ Strawbridge – Sol Space Teacher
AJ fell in love with dance as a teenager, exploring hip-hop, lyrical, and contemporary styles. After stepping away for eight years, she rediscovered her passion for movement and reignited her love for herself and the art.
Her background in bodybuilding brought a unique dimension to her movement practice—through competitive posing and walking in heels, AJ received professional training that taught her the power of presentation, body awareness, and owning the stage with confidence. These skills seamlessly enhance her approach to dance instruction, where precision and self-assurance meet creative expression.
Through her own self-love journey, AJ has learned to embrace her body and express herself with confidence. She strives to create a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can connect, feel empowered, and leave the outside world behind.
For AJ, dance is more than movement—it’s a way to reclaim joy, build confidence, and celebrate yourself unapologetically.
