About this class
Step into Sol Drip Chair, a slow and sensual class that blends silky, flowing movements with sultry beats and slower sensual songs. Using a chair as your partner, this open-level class is exploratory and supportive, focused on building your technique and confidence as you connect deeply with your body. With an "ooey gooey" vibe and accessible coaching, this class invites you to discover your sensuality in a safe, welcoming space where feminine energy takes centre stage.
Open level: Open level — everyone's welcome. Explore, play and move at your own pace.

Before you come
Get ready to slow down, flow, and connect with your most sensual self—we can't wait to see you move with us.
Here's everything you need to know before class:
What to Bring:
- Heels (optional but recommended for that sexy slinky vibe).
- Kneepads (if you have them, but don't worry—we've got spares).
- A water bottle to stay hydrated.
- An open heart and willingness to embrace your sensuality.
What to Wear: Whatever makes you feel confident, sexy, and ready to flow! Covered up or showing some skin—we welcome your vibe and energy.
Get ready to move slowly, feel deeply, and leave reconnected with your feminine power!
See you at Sol Space, Amanda 🌞
